Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are unique places to live and work.  We aim to influence the employment and skills landscape to deliver economic growth and economic inclusion.

The Employment and Skills Board has been created to help the local area take control of their employment and skills agenda and is a formal subgroup of the Local Enterprise Partnership.

The Board Members will help deliver and monitor the strategy that brings together the voice and views of business, learners and delivery organisations. We are looking for two private sector members to bring the board to its full compliment.

You will be widely respected for your business leadership and have the credibility to champion Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly on the national and international stage.  You will appreciate the complexities of working within this area and have a deep commitment to the future of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
