Within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, we have already created partnerships and delivery mechanisms that can easily be adapted to fulfil the role required for our LEP.
The Employment and Skills Board (ESB) is an employer led partnership that brings together public, private and voluntary sector employers with education and training providers; supported by the Local Authorities, JobCentre Plus and the Skills Funding Agency, to focus on employment and skills for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Our overarching vision for the Employment and Skills Board is for:
"A thriving economy within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly where dynamic, diverse, sustainable employment and a higher skilled population help people, places and businesses reach their full potential".

From 2013 a document management system was put in place whereby all documents distributed to the ESB prior to and after meetings are referenced on the attached table below, documents can be found under the headings of; action papers (AP), briefing notes (BN), tabled papers (TP).
